Disclaimer:
Under and by virtue of the authority vested in me in Section 105-369 of the North Carolina General Statutes and pursuant to an order of the Board of Commissioners of Cumberland County, I am hereby advertising tax liens upon the real estate described below. The amount advertised will be increased by interest and costs and the omission of interest aend costs from the amounts advertised will not constitute waiver of the taxing unit’s claim for those items. The real estate that is subject to the lien is listed in the name of the record owner as of the date the taxes became delinquent and the principle amount of the taxes is set out in the advertisement below. If the taxes remain unpaid, the taxing unit will foreclose the tax liens and sell the property subject to the liens in satisfaction of its claim for the taxes.
This 15th day of June, 2025, Cumberland County Tax Collector
